FAQ

Does ClusterIQ change my content by itself?
No. Links, SEO fields and pillars change only when you click Apply or choose them. Links and SEO fields can be undone for 30 minutes, and the first time ClusterIQ changes an SEO title or description it keeps the original, so Restore original brings it back later.

Is there a limit on articles?
No, not in any version. ClusterIQ has been tested with 10,000 WooCommerce products and 15,000 pages.

Do I need an AI key?
Only for the AI features in Pro and Agency. See AI setup.

Which editors are supported?
The block editor and the classic editor. Elementor Text Editor widgets in Pro and Agency. Other page builders are detected, and ClusterIQ won’t write there.

Which post types are scanned?
Posts by default; choose more under Settings → Content — pages, products and any post type with its own pages on the site. Unpublished and password-protected articles are left out.

How often should I scan?
After publishing or editing a batch of articles. Scan also rebuilds the clusters and recomputes every figure; changes you make inside ClusterIQ update the figures straight away.

Does it work on multilingual sites?
Yes, with Polylang or WPML: links are only suggested between articles in the same language, AI writes in the article’s language, and the lists have a language filter.

Who can use ClusterIQ?
Administrators see everything and change settings. Editors can use the inspectors, Text Match and — if allowed — AI; settings and structure stay with administrators. Under Settings → General → Who can change articles you choose per role who may add links and write SEO fields.

How many sites can I use it on?
The free version on any number. Pro on one site, Pro 5 on five and Agency on 25. See Pricing.

Does it work on multisite?
Yes. With Agency: a network overview of every site, one AI key for the network and an AI allowance per site.

Why did my article’s role change?
Roles are relative to the other articles in the cluster, so they can change when links change anywhere in it. Choose the pillar yourself to fix it: see Pillars.

Can I export the data?
Yes. Export CSV in Article Inspector, SEO Titles and Cluster Inspector downloads what the list shows, with your filters. Everything else is in your WordPress database, so a normal backup covers it.
